Project Background
A programme of window and façade replacement was delivered to address deterioration and improve the performance of the school buildings.
Works included the installation of new aluminium double-glazed windows and cladding, enhancing thermal efficiency, ventilation, and security. The scheme resolved issues including loose glazing, mould, water ingress, and inoperable openings, improving both building performance and internal comfort.
The works have provided a safe, compliant, and energy-efficient building envelope, reducing maintenance requirements and supporting a more comfortable learning environment.
