Project Background
This project delivered the full remodelling and upgrade of an existing space to create a modern, compliant and welcoming doctors’ consulting room. The layout was reconfigured to improve functionality, including the formation of a new fire-rated doorway and internal alterations to suit the revised arrangement.
The room was fully refurbished with new hygienic wall finishes, a replacement suspended ceiling and durable, easy-clean safety flooring to support infection control standards. A new clinical wash basin with thermostatic tap controls was installed within a purpose-built unit, alongside upgraded lighting with integrated emergency provision, improved ventilation and new power supplies.
The completed scheme provides a safe, efficient and professional healthcare environment designed to meet current NHS standards.
