Project Background
A comprehensive roof refurbishment was undertaken to address long-standing water ingress and associated risks, improving the overall condition of the school buildings.
Works included the renewal of multiple flat roof coverings across several buildings, replacement of roof-level windows, and upgrades to rainwater goods and drainage systems to improve water management. New rooflights were also installed to enhance internal environments and address safety concerns.
The works have eliminated persistent leaks, mitigated health and safety risks, and extended the lifespan of the building fabric, delivering a durable and long-lasting roofing system.
